Impressed with the service!

I booked through Unit for my own holiday back in November, with the stay in August. The price for two with breakfast for 7 nights was €550 gross.

I had visited the hotel back in 2018 during a fam trip, so I chose it again for its great location, private beach with included facilities, and the complimentary shuttle to Dubai.

Keep in mind, the hotel is not new — just by looking at the lobby you might think you’re somewhere in Egypt. But the rooms are luxurious: spacious, with two bathrooms, a full bathtub, a walk-in wardrobe and a huge terrace. Housekeeping was excellent, I felt like leaving tips every day. Coffee capsules and tea (super tasty) were replenished daily. The minibar is chargeable; since we declined paying the deposit, they simply emptied it. High-quality textiles. Byredo toiletries in the bathrooms, and Elemis products in the public restrooms around the property.

The summer-cooled pool was a true highlight. Towels were given without cards or restrictions. The big cabana-style beds were free of charge.

The beach has artificial white sand, a gentle entry and breakwaters.

Breakfast was lavish for this type of hotel: not just eggs/pancakes, but also chicken or beef, fish, potatoes, quinoa, etc. A wide selection of pastries, vegetables, fruits, yogurts. There was a separate egg menu you could order from the waiter — from fried eggs to salmon poached eggs. All kinds of juices (not fresh), coffee, tea and brut.

For non-all-inclusive guests — dinner prices at the hotel restaurant are reasonable; a liquor store is just 3 minutes’ walk from reception; and across the road is Ajman Marina with cafés and restaurants offering even better prices.

What I want to highlight especially — the service. From the bellboy greeting us at the transfer, to reception, housekeeping, waiters and bartenders — everyone provided endless care. Every standard and unusual request was handled almost instantly.

Highly recommend it for a winter getaway for your clients — and for yourself, “catch” summer in the middle of winter))
