Sol is a Spanish hotel chain (Melia), I really like to stay in the hotels of this chain, because they offer one of the best price/quality offers and most of them are oriented towards family vacations.

Territory

The hotel is located on the 1st line with its own beach, a large area where there is a lot of entertainment for both adults and children: swimming pools, animation, a children's club from 4 years old, bars, cafes, restaurants, a small water park. Very nice staff ready to help.

Numbers

We booked the standard category, everything is convenient and there is enough space, there are also many rooms for families: Family room, Xtra Sol Suite, Big Family Room, Beach house, etc.

For children

We rested in a large group of 6 children of different ages from 2 to 10 years old and everyone had fun at the hotel. There is a separate meal for children in the restaurant. The entrance to the pool with a gradual depth (like at sea) is very convenient for the very little ones, the mini club every day is a full entertainment program from the morning and everything in the fresh air and the pool to the evening mini disco. There is a small water park with slides on the territory of the mini club.

Food

We booked an overnight stay, but when we arrived and realized that the hotel is located in such a way that there is no place to go out and all meals are only available on the hotel premises, we decided to have lunch right away. It was convenient for both adults and children. Because the choice of dishes, the quality, the range were excellent for 4*. Everything is of high quality and tasty, a lot of seafood, fruit and ice cream. You can also eat on the territory of the hotel à la carte (for an additional fee) in cafes and restaurants for lunch and dinner. If you book an All Inclusive meal, you can feel like you are in Turkey.

Beach

For a large hotel, there are not as many sunbeds as there could be, but the hotel is mostly Europeans who like swimming pools.
